10. NO GUARANTEES
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

Emotional or physical improvements
Results from coaching or education
Success from courses, programs, or community participation
Individual results vary.
11. RESEARCH & EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS
The Company may, from time to time, conduct research or educational projects.
Participation in any research activity will require separate informed consent and is not mandatory to access services.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
